Kenapa Malaysia selalu 'jam'?

Being stagnant in traffic jam, I have extra time to think why Malaysia always has this kind of time-wasting-and-not efficient phenomenon. Well, this is my theory; it might be inaccurate, since in comes from my perspective and thinking pattern - my PARADIGM.

I never heard of traffic jam in Dublin except for 7am n 7pm (peak hour) which is normal everyhwere.
How on earth malaysia has extra cars on the road to be compared with those so-called developed country?

Here I come into a positive theory =D
Because our country has a very unique special culture which leads to a traffic jam and road traffic accident.
The special culture is something related to festive seasons, special holidays and our tight familial relationship!

yay, it's Balik Kampung culture!

Now instead of feeling negative in traffic jam- gradually I became proud of our culture. Because we have a good culture of close familial relationship and budaya ziarah menziarahi; which are can be considered as 'ibadah' as they tighten the relation aka ukhwah among us esp families.

One of the joke in Red.fm; Malaysian are close and very unite! We like to hang out, even during balik kampung on the road in traffic jam =D

Happy Malaysia day people! Let's become a better Malaysian starting with positive thinking!
And lets not contribute to negative side effects of our special culture- by adding more road traffic accident and traffic jam. All we can do is drive safely and be considerate to others. (Actually I'm saying; jadilah pemandu berhemah) Start yout journey with bismillah and Doa =)

Malay
Maha Suci Tuhan yang telah memudahkan kenderaan ini untuk kami, sedang kami sebelum itu tidak terdaya menguasainya.
Dan sesungguhnya kepada Tuhan kamilah, kami akan kembali!
English
“Glory to Him Who has subjected these to our (use), for we could never have accomplished this (by ourselves),
And to our Lord, surely, must we turn back!”
